I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel, despite a few minor drawbacks. The location was superb, with an array of amenities nearby, offering great convenience. The rooms were spacious, but the privacy aspect could be improved, and some areas were under construction. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff, even though the delivery time for food was a bit long. The dining options were varied and delicious, although the compensation received was not ideal. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, nicely updated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the variety of pools, especially the infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. However, some rooms were in bad shape with a slight smell issue and other maintenance issues. Overall, a great experience with a few room-related setbacks.

My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious enough for myself and my children, with a balcony facing the beautiful white beach. However, the rooms felt more like a 3-star accommodation due to the old and damaged washroom, walls, and furniture that clearly needed renovation.
